I thought of you bro. Go for it man Before it's gone maybe you can even negotiate the price $20-10 cheaper.

Actually there are a lot of cheap SR5 grills on there I could cut up and try to do the FJ emblem on it. Knowing me I'll end up with it crooked though.

Get your truck out on a trail once or twice before getting tires. Lots of people go this route to avoid cutting and trimming, have their new shoes for 5k miles and then regret it and go 285 with cutting and trimming. I think once you see it in person you won't be quite as opposed to it, and if you still are opposed you'll be set with the 265s

^ What Jay said. None of us are driving in a dedicated trail rig, our trucks double as the DD so it needs to come back home with us in one piece. We recently did a trail in Ramona that's great to get your feet wet. No chance of risking damage to your truck

Well I'm looking into getting 6112 up front with 5160 on rear and a aal. Based on all the research I've done on this blog. Unless you guys think there's a better bang for the buck?

I would recommend the progressive add-a-leaf over the single leaf add-a-leaf. It rides smoother. The only other thing would be to add a spindle lift with the addition of everything else that you listed but that all depends on how high you want to go.

Not with the spindle lifts. The spindle doesn't affect the geometry of the vehicle it "Drops" the tires instead of lifting the truck, if that makes sense? That is why 4x4 cannot do spindle lifts. For example, I believe you have the 5100's right? you could set them on zero for a plush ride and get the spindle lift for a 4" lift while maintaining the 5100's at zero.

You would need new upper control arms if you lift with the suspension itself.
