Cheap Bumpers on eBay!!

I looked through the first 20 pages or so and couldn't find any pictures of the bumper...
Does anyone know if someone has posted any pictures?

Lmao I did the same. Page 220 or thereabouts are the installed pics. Front bumper isn't available anymore from what it seems.

 

My ac line is almost touching...I did put fuel line around it though to prevent chaffing

 

I notched my bumper and put some tubing around it, it is still clearing the bumper for now but i check it every now and then for signs of contact. Mine was literally on the line, i just never noticed i guess. So you may be aight man.

 

Holy crap, this thread is still active, lol? My build page has a few pics of the bumper installed, @Tpeggers . My opinion, the gussets seem strong, welds look tight, metal seems legit. "Powdercoat" was a joke but chips have been easily been filled in with rhino liner. Also, definitely needed to notch mine along with adding some RTV to the AC line to assist with potential chaffing. Also, had to cut off a section that meets with my RCI IFS skid plate. Other than that, I'm still pretty happy with my bumper.

 

Oh yeah nothing better than fucking with people just because haha! I just like to think that somewhere someone got really mad about that post and I dont even really give a shit.

Any pics of swing out tire carriers on these rear bumpers? What page?

 

These don't come with swing outs.

But can they be installed like normal? I saw another rear on eBay for the same price, actually cheaper. It's a little more bulky but it showed a swing out option. Only concern is that the spare tire looked central as I'm wanting spare fuel seats as well.

 

Most, if not all swingouts that I've seen are welded onto the bumper from the fabricator. No way to just add one to a bumper unless you get crafty.

 

Looks like what you see is what you get. Debating on picking one up. Hate the chrome rear. But I think it would look funny with the build bumper in back with stocker in front. Shitty part is I'd be that far in $$$ wise to properly color match a rear.

Yeah I'd seen that. I think the bumper is too scratched up to properly adhere the vinyl. IIRC you need as clean and untainted a surface as possible to get that smooth look.

Might work if I get a quality oem bumper on Craigs or eBay.
