how to remove back panel on access cab

Anyone know how to remove the back panel (the one behind the rear seats) on an access cab?
I want to dynamat the back to keep it from rattling?
Thanks guys any input is appreciated.

 

ncttora.com has the repair manual online, im sure its there if you search around.

 

i tried looking but no luck.
i dont know what else to search under.

Pull on the areas above the plastic things that come off easily, and these little tabs pop out... I think there may be 14 of them in all. The ones at the bottom you will have to pry out of the panel because there isn't enough force to yank those out as well. Just use a needle nose plier to drag them out.

 

I am very curious about this as well as I have a tremendous amount of rattle coming from those doors

Found these on ncttora. Looking at them you will get the "general idea" on removal. Here is the link and go to almost the bottom (about 20 from the bottom - "Interior: Roof Headlining (for Access Cab) components" and also the next one titled "Removal".

Haha the system I'm running that's making the rattle is a lift and mud terrains paired with a lot of bumpy offroading that's caused shit to get lose everyywhere, in my dash as well
