    Now I'm not sure. But when I bought my LP fire pit they said you can use it in burn bans because there is no coals. Nothing to fly away and start a fire.

    I found it in Pa. today and @Nimble9 is picking it up for me. On my cross country trip I lost the lid to my current one on the highway.. salvaged it for the rest of the trip but I needed a new one.
