    Sadly I have none of them actually getting dinged. But I can say I smacked my transmission skid and drug it all the way through my transfer case skid at stoney lonesome. Barely a mark.

    Yes sir. Although the more popular configuration when mixing plates is steel front and aluminum transmission and transfer case. If you think about it, the front will see most of the impact.

    You don't have to drop ours to do oil changes. There is an access cover for the oil filter and a cutout for the drain bolt.
