No WOD for me today either, but I had a good traffic accident this morning at 720 that woke me up and then got my bumper painted. Good day, now tonight gonna go get drunk and look at strippers :D

Did a WOD that will be from this weekends sectionals.
    3 Rounds
    500m Row
    21 Kettlebell swing 32kg ( I only used a 24kg)
    400m run

Tomorrow will be another WOD from this weekends sectionals. That is:
    12 minutes
    Max snatch x1
As many muscle ups you can do
Each muscle up counts for 2lb added to snatch total
    Score is total lb achieved

I didn't think today's would be so bad considering it was only 3 rounds and not weight intensive. I was way off. Quite exhausting.

Those are crazy WODS. I am kinda scared because today is another bday WOD and its not just anyones WOD, its one of our trainers WODs. So it should be a tough one.

We did Murph today for one of the trainers bdays. We only had 4 weight vests so not all of us could wear vests. One of our fire breathers wore a 40lb vest and finished in 1:07, pretty impressed. Me and the other guy that didnt get to wear the vest broke it up in 10 rounds of 10 pull ups, 20 push ups, 30 squats. Went a lot easier. Did the whole thing in 45 mins. The last mile was a BITCH

Hell yeah dude! Get the vest next time! First time I did Murph was 45min as well. Then I did it with the vest in 48:08 IIRC one of the top 5 times in the gymnasio. Give it a try, you'll be surprised.
