    $25 shipping is included in that. Since it is made out of aluminum, its hard to change colors. There is a red tag and a black like mine. Im sure if you wanted you could get a paint pin and paint the letters where they have been cut! It cuts into the metal engraving that into the metal. And i'm sure you could paint the tag yourself to your desired color.:D And I can put whatever you want on your tag.
