Look, Ketchup mixed with some mayo is a good substitute for BBQ sauce for frenchfries if your out of BBQ sauce and to drunk to got to the store for more.
But other than that, it serves no useful purpose.

I liked ketchup until that last post!!!!

 

1hr 20 min since I called maintenance and they've not shown up yet and water all over bathroom floor almost into hallway

 

Andy you're good with repairing water leaks , right ????

 

So, I don't think its the age of the building, more like poor maintenance program.

 

Maintenance just showed up wiped the floor to get the water up and left . They said they've got another emergency to take care and will be back in an hour or so ........... WTF !!!!

 

Someone else's water leak is more important than your water leak...or they were watching the tracker and seen Domino's was close with their pizza.

Ridiculous. Get you AR out and partially disassemble it, and when they come back tell them "come on in, Im just getting ready" Then sit down and complete disassembly and start cleaning.
