    I've never understood the exterior temp feature. I have (usually) figured out if it is hot or cold out by the time I have made it to the seat of my truck.

    I had the OEM non jbl head unit, I have since replaced it with a kenwood for my android auto. I will be using the camera port on the kenwood for a forward facing camera eventually.

    I thought that too, but ive gotten used to it and I like it this way. I can keep one eye on the camera and one eye on the mirror.
