Awesome! over the years have done dozens and dozens of 5 and 10k's- including while on active duty in the Army. Also completed 2 half marathons- one just a couple years ago. Just recently began to slow down. Now I hit the tread mill, maintain 60-65% HR for 45-60 mins or so with incline of 3.5. Can burn 500 calories while playing PS4, lol!

Don't forget to continue push-ups/ pull ups. I got so into running- upper body began to have muscle wasting.

 

Do you go out with the Thursday night crew in the OC? I will be there 7/6.

 

Just take it slow, don't run it wide open, let the bit cut with heavy pressure, some wd-40 or used Motor oil will only help.

Yeah when the bad weather comes i do pushups and situps and ab work. which will happen this evening probs

Yes but haven't been able to recently.Great group of peeps!We all go offroading,camping etc.!I'll try to make it on the 6th!
