Lil BBQ... maaaaybe some truck shit if I'm feelin froggy. Got some new house stuff to install and use too.

    Thanks man... lol

I welded a piece of threaded coupler to my rear LED pod bracket (angle iron).. then threaded conduit screws into that.. with a washer welded on the end to keep the flag from coming up off the top. simple, and it works. just could be much cleaner.

Lots of prep this week for our upcoming 1k mile trip to Utah! :goingcrazy:

My wife and I will be spending our anniversary visiting places we've had on our list for some time now. No real schedule, just an area a day, taking our time and enjoying the sights.

Saturday morning we're heading up to Horseshoe Bend and setting up camp just inside Utah at Lone Rock to camp on th beach. From there, Tuesday morning we head to Bryce Canyon to hike, check some local places out, and camp somewhere outside of Bryce on our way West to Zion. Wednesday head to Zion for the same, hiking, exploring, etc, and thanks to @RPS1030 , setting up camp south of Zion for some awesome views to wake up to Tuesday morning on our anniversary, the 4th (#Merica). We'll drive home from there. Should be a good time!

    Screenshot_20170622-124517.jpg

My re-gear is set for the following week when we return.. hell, maybe even the next day. Tomorrow the truck goes in for an alignment, Wednesday balance and rotation, Thursday goes to Toyota for Serp Belt replacement and replacing one or two idler pulley's that are squealing. Then prep at home Friday.

Once all this cools down.. I can get back to some other "fun" mods. Planned for the near future are new fog lights, my new custom headlights, new ballasts, bulbs, and color matched eyelids (finally!), Along with some other touch ups here and there. Then a full detail inside and out. By end of August it should be like a whole new truck!

Well that's annoying... Waited 2 hours for an alignment to find out they can't do it because my tierods are going out. Never done those before... Time to research. Shitty... Wanted it dialed in for our trip.

Bummer, I need to do tie rods too. Haven't been turned down for alignment but I have some play. Pretty straight forward job, take off and replace, set toe. Setting toe is pretty simple, and if your getting an alignment afterwards it doesn't need to be perfect anyways

    It isn't too difficult

Thanks man! Should be a good time.

Grabbin em tomorrow. Ran to AutoZone earlier to get them drop shipped. I'll pick em up on my lunch and replace them tomorrow night. Then off to Toyota Thursday morning. I'll just have them do an alignment

Just did a trip like this for spring break. Antelope canyon to horseshoe bend to Lake Powell (also lone rock) to Kanab to Zion to Red Canyon National Park to Bryce Canyon to St George to Vegas to Red Canyon "state" Park to Death Valley to Sequoia to Kings Canyon to Mojave and then home!
