    So what's wrong with this? Clearly there is nobody around him and the parking lot is pretty much completely empty. I just got a full size and it can be really hard to see where exactly my bumpers are at, at least he is keeping his front bumper out the street

    That is indeed a full size truck feel free to look it up. What I'm saying is he probably had no idea he was over the line and was probably just trying to not stick out into the street, that plus the fact that there are no other cars anywhere close. There's really no reason to get so upset unless it's a packed lot
