In all honesty I do not pay attention what states are doing what , I can tell you that a fair few LEOs that I know in other states aren't going to do much with a few hand rolled cigs misdemeanor at best citation and done. Moreover, I put it in the same category as alcohol it has essentially the same detrimental effects and such if it is controlled and the legal charges of using and driving are held to the same as alcohol I could care less. I would rather deal with a pot head then a drunk . Drunks either want to fight or cry or somewhere in between. Pot head you could not get them mad enough to fight and they are compliant .
