Hi everyone I'm from CT. Back in 2007 we purchased our tacoma with the intent to use it for recreational towing. With 155k travel miles & 25K towing my truck as served us well. My intent is to still use it for another 5 yrs towing, so keeping my fingers crossed.

Does anyone have similar experiences or expectations?

As long as the frame is okay. And you regularly maintain your truck accordingly there's no reason why a healthy truck at 155 couldn't easily go another 155k. How often do you change your transmission fluid, differentials? If it's been awhile you might want t look into it. There's special products if it's been too long since the last change as well.

As long as the frame holds up you will be fine.

Had my transmission fluid power flushed at 95K, actually I was asking about this under towing, was wondering if I should do this again or put off and do at a later mileage

Definitely do it more but don't need to go crazy I'd do every 10-15k of towing a heavy load so probably like every 60 k total
