I'm leaning heavily towards debadging. Just too indecisive.

I did that too but can't get it from coming off the letters when I'm peeling it off. Tried it a few times with no luck. The "Toyota Tacoma" on the tailgate has been a serious pain in my ass

Never had problems with mine peeling during or after. Still holding up as good as the day I did it.

You have the measurements on where to put them or are free handing them?

My paint is faded just slightly enough that with a harsh light on it, I can see where the originals were. I bought all the black stuff from a TRD Pro.

If I ever de-badge I will probably go back with flat black letters.

I broke the truck in for sure. Driver's tail light, bumper, and hitch harness. Rear diff took some hits, too, but I blame that on poor choices.

Definitely learned that the truck is capable as hell, it's just up to me to tell it the right way to go.... And apply the proper amount of skinny pedal at the right time.
