    Thanks for the reply. I found the item on Amazon and saw a few Tacoma reviews and decided to search here. Your post was the only thing that came up. The cargo net looks like a solid product that would be a good security blanket while hauling just about anything with an open truck bed.

    We have a longbed (6' 2"), so would the medium size be better for out application? Is the material somewhat stretchable?

    My initial thought is stick with the small- you still have those heavy duty cargo straps too. Unless you will be carrying taller loads. Their website has more info. The material does not stretch- the webbing is stitched through the entire net. Also- pad locks can be attached to the net due to the grommets.

    Thanks for the information. I would just like to have flexibility for taller loads in case that happens. Initially, I was set on the small because that's about the dimensions of the truck bed. Medium size might be a bit too big. I'll do a little be more research since I'm not in a rush to buy.

    Not bad for trail runs. But On rocks, steel will slide; where aluminum will dent in and or gouge. Fixed gouges and dents with wire wheel and hammer.

    Sold that one, bought @EddyRRT alum IFS mid skid to fit with his 12-15 slimline bumper.

    Still bought SOS Steel transfer case skid though. :thumbsup:

    the Alum is light, but so is your truck. You can always upgrade the front brakes/rotors later.
