Sooo... the talking cars didn't talk so good in 2? They talked gooder in 3? Got it. Skip Cars 2- cars don't talk too good. ;)

If I met a dude and gave him money, while face down, my heart wouldn't be the only thing hurting :D

Fuck! I Hate breaking hearts. Lol. I ended up getting a little less than my 11.5k asking price for it. Not bad considering the mileage and it's not the prettiest truck on the block.

I don't have an exact Runner narrowed down yet, but i definitely want a 4th gen. Preferably the limted V8, but wouldn't turn down a V6 either if it has the right options and was taken care of. Excited as hell to hop into one regardless. First gen Tacoma life was good, but looking forward to the new chapter.

Seems like so many are trading their tacos for runners these days.

Yeah I've noticed that too. Lack of interior space is my biggest reason for moving into the 4Runner game. Bothered me at least once a week when I drove it. I Like the idea of being able to throw all kinds of shit in the rear and it's actually protected by a roof/body. They are awesome trucks though.

I would trade mine for this in a heartbeat.

3rd gen 4Runner is not big enough for a popup and 4th & 5th gens are not offered with a manual trans. Plus, the 70 already has a solid front axle. And diesel. Just need $70k and a residence in Canada to make it happen... someday.

The pass through and front swivel seats would be awesome. Westfalia style.

Beth and i have agreed that the Tacoma will never be traded for a runner. Or anything else honestly. I told her we will keep the Tacoma (keep modding it of course) and save up for a runner for her. She actually wants to make it somewhat practical for overlanding. Lift, tires and she wants a drawer system in the back so she can have her "full kitchen" setup when camping lol

Next "mod" for me is blacking out the chrome insert cups on the lightbar. Probably going to do it tomorrow. The light bar reflects WAY too much sun for my liking lol. Plus I think it will look better blacked out

*insert all the "it's going to kill your light output!"

*It's going to kill your 'uber bro output*. See if you can get a roof rack and move the bar back. Or dip your hood so it's not reflecting the bar's output.

What? Next, you'll be walking around sporting a man-bun, beard, wearing flannel, and fake lumberjack boots...

Saving for a prinsu lol. And probably will dip the hood at some point. Plans are to dip the hood and throw some bedliner on the roof. As far as reflection, I meant the reflection it throws out while driving. If I'm behind someone I can see the reflection in their mirror. And it lights up all the streetsigns and shut during the day because of it lol. LEDs are directional by nature. Roughly 90% of the light is being emitted 90° from the board. The chrome reflective cups really only change the reflection by ~10%. Learned all of that in high school when I worked on patrol vehicles installing lights/electronics lol

Nothing wrong with the beard/flannel. I rock flannels almost everyday. But no beard... because army, and takes me months to get 5 o'clock shadow haha. But the rest, yeah fuck that lol
