    Whole lotta stuff
If you're putting a brace on an sbr, why not just register it as a pistol and skip the wait?

Already put in the paper work in April but have 8 more months to go. I figured with the brace I can have fun without the ATF getting mad.

Torn between buying a AR9 lower from PSA and SBR'ing it or ordering a Griffin Paladin suppressor.

Gotta do a form 1 or 4 in the next few months to keep from having my trustees send in photos and fingerprints.

Are your trustees already on the Trust? If so they would need to have their paperwork sent in with yours right?

Yes, however in the wording of 41P it states that if I have had a form approved in the past 24 months i don't have to submit paperwork. I haven't contacted the ATF or my lawyer about wether or not it makes a difference that my approved form was Pre-41P but I did not see an exception listed.

Well fuck, while working with my cousin today he told me about a company called MAS defense so I went on there and decided to get a 9MM upper, and that required me to get a mag well adapter, 9mm buffer, charging handle, magazines, and now I'm just waiting on a BCG to come back in stock.

Colt, I kind of wanted Glock but the only options I could find were a mag well adapter that isn't out yet (Shipping July/August) or use a PSA glock lower (Have to file and wait for a form 1 to use as the SBR), and the colt/Uzi mags aren't to expensive.

Better to ask what I have not done.
Ok opinions needed, i am starting to collect parts for a pistol/sbr, mainly just a fun gun but want it to be a truck gun to if needed, meaning i want the caliber to be pretty easy to find at stores. Is the blackout popular enough yet to be confident that i could find it in most stores? Or do i do 223 because of that reason? I have already thrown out the idea of doing a pistol caliber for this.

    Thoughts of parts

    7-8.5 inch barrel
    Law tactical folding stock,
    Geissele 7 mk4
Magpul ubr or similar once sbr comes back
    Silencer
    Other ar goodies

I went 300 Blk Out since the round is basically designed for a 9.5" barrel. Wonder if anyone (@Coop68) around has one in 223/ 5.56 to play with first?
