    Doing kings all around res. And adjusters. 700lb springs. Doing JBA HD UCA. LD Dakars springs in rear. Changing tires to 285/75/16. Do I need or should I get wheel spacers?

    what are the wheels specs?

    if you have 4.75 or higher backspace, will probably need spacers.

    How do I find out? Measure what? And from where? Saying anything smaller I shouldn't need them?

    4.50-4.25 should clear 285s. Too much back space and you will rub UCAs. Too little back space and you will rub cab mount more.

    I think you are spending a good bit of coin and building your truck right. Instead of spacers get wheels with the correct offset, spacers are a weak link.
