discount is probably cheapest. You can also check with NTB they usually have them or can get them in a day or two and install for cheap. I think I got mine for like 8-850 installed and under warranty. They might have that buy 2 get 2 free stuff going as well.

Windshield washer fluid reservoir cap... says right there on the top of it....

 

IIRC it's a brake booster. The off roads have their brake booster combined with something else, which is why you don't have it.

 

Whoops, missed this whole section. Maybe that's what I'm remembering. Yours is combined with your master brake cylinder. I know it has something to do with you being an off road.
