I got mine from Bed Bath Beyond, did a lot of research, looked for a specific model. The Costco ones have the same brand but not the particular model i wanted. I love mine, been rock solid, zero issues. Ill dig up the model number soon and post.

I got lucky on the shelf. Was searching around on Craigslist for some garage shelves, and the Traeger one popped up. Guy was sent two by accident and Traeger didn't want the second one sent back.

We have the Foodsaver V4840. We ended up and got it from Sams club they had a good deal on it.

That's awesome. I wasn't so lucky, I didn't pay close enough attention to the model number and ordered the wrong one the first time. Got it off Amazon, sent it back and ordered the right one. Always fun to figure out when you are trying to install it.

The one I bought last week is the Foodsaver FM5380. Also got from Sams Club at a better price than I could find online.

It's not too far off topic so at least there's not a lot of BS mucking up the thread. Keeps the rub on the front page too...

Dude, the thread isn't jacked at all. All 30+ pages includes BBQ talk of different types. It's all good!

Damn right! The OP has all the info anyone needs to order and I'm keeping an eye on anyone that signs up, so we're all good as far as I'm concerned. Besides, this thread is full of badass BBQ cooks, so unless it's specifically related to an order, there is a ton of expertise available to answer questions.

    Guilty as charged :D.

Don't worry, I got you ;). Priority one from this thread is getting our rub to you on time and as promised. The rest of the BBQ talk won't keep that from happening.

An angry rub isn't always a bad rub...at least you're still getting a rub.

My sunglasses I was wearing while smoking yesterday have managed to absorb the smoke smell so I keep smelling smoke on my drive to work this morning and now on my way home. I'm even more hungry now!

I got a foodsaver big game edition and it has been great..can do alot of consecutive seals and can run on 12v. Got tired of wasting pellets on small cooks.. So i will smoke big briskets or pork shoulder/butt or anything really in big portions then i divide into portions and vacuum seal. Can get good deals on bulk meat about to expire and dont waste the pellets for start up or short cooks

If you're angry and rub too hard, you might start a fire.

    Angry rub....start fire....

With that, we might have a name for our spicy rub!
