Could you only imagine if they took two wheels, atleast you can put the spare on, but if I where you I'd leave my truck outside same spot with a block under the axel and wait with somthing big :infantry:dont let them drive away make sure you put a few rounds in there block

My neighbor did capture the crime. This white Ford F150 were carrying the 3 guys that did the thieving. The video is pretty interesting because they would turn on and off their lights as they drove down the street. They stopped at the other end of the block and checked out a Tundra, then about 1/2 down, my neighbor has a nice Jeep parked in his drive way. They stopped, turned off the lights, checked it out and then came to my house. You can see my truck and camper just above the F150 bed. It took them about 9 minutes to get my wheel. I thought to my self it was pretty ballsy to stop in the middle of the street and rip people off. All the streets are cul-de-sacs in my neighborhood so a cop could trap your ass. I filed a police report on Friday, and today I called and told them I have video. Sometime an officer will be contacting me so I can hand over the video.

Damn sorry this happened man. I live in a quiet culdasac too, and never thought something like this could happen. I'll look into some anti-theft stuff. Hope these dickheads get caught.

It was 2:45AM when the thieves showed up. I thought to myself what I would do if I was awake and caught them in the act. Hard to justify shooting someone for stealing your stuff on a public road. Coming into my house is a WHOLE different story and outcome. We have the castle doctrine here in Colorado. It would be a bad day for anyone breaking into my house and I was home.

Sounds like they knew what they were looking for, either that wheel or that tire, and the lights 'on/off' was just them checking if it was the right one.

Good luck! Hopefully the Springs police is better than Pueblo. The cops here take all day to show up, if they even show up the same day, and they just fill out the report and that's the end of the story.

Different wheel (mine are the off road wheels) but I know where one is locally if you have trouble sourcing one. Is it a 15" or 16"

15" I can find them on ebay for $65. I'm going to check the local wrecking yards too.
