Has anyone came across this issue? The factory bolt holes on the roof aren't aligned.

Guess I gotta take it to the dealership? :annoyed:

Just the front two? Closest to windsheild?

Yeah the pic I took is the driver side closest to the windshield. The rest are fine.

Well the back side of the driver side is barely clearing it.IMG_0120.jpg

They were not in a perfect straight line on mine either closest to windsheild, i think its designed that way because the curve of the roof starts there. The factory or prinsu roof rack i had bolted up fine no issues. I was more concerned about the hole not being threaded like a couple members have mentioned.

Well yeah this one is so far off I can't thread a bolt straight through there the way it is.. gonna get serviced tomorrow probably have to re tap it.

Not sure how retap will fix that, it'll just fuck it up and make for a weak mount anyway I can think of doing it. You're better of getting out a Dremmel and elongating the roof sheet metal hole while trying not to touch the mounting plate with threads under it.

Mine wasn't aligned either. Thought I was weak trying to get my bolts threaded. Ended up cross threading it like crazy and ended up job welding my roof rack mount to the busted bolt.
