    Did you lose or gain any ground clearance with the drop bracket? Not including the tires of course.

    The drop bracket gives clearance for larger tires and ground clearance is gained.

    Back in the day you only had magazines to try and get an idea of what your rig would look like with a lift and tire combo... the internet you just google it and get an idea, that is why we are always posting... and it just adds to time spent with the sickness! lol

    Nice looking trucks OP. You are right it is a sickness. But that's not a bad thing. Every time I get a truck I starte out saying " I am going to leave this one stock" Yeah well that never happens. Lol Good job on all your builds. Thanks for posting videos and pics. :thumbsup:

    You can fit larger tires on non drop bracket suspension, including stock suspension. It cancels out.

    Doesn't drop bracket hang lower than stock cross member, therefore losing clearance?

    The lowest point is your rear diff, and that doesn't come into play with the type of lift. And, 35's may cancel out to a degree for the crossmember area etc, but I can't see the difference between a 3 inch coil and 33's being far superior to a CM drop and 35's in terms of clearance. If anyone is convinced it is, then maybe OP can take some measurements and you guys can compare?
