    Yeah those are killer, good complete leg. Some machines have just the right rise and run length, there's some I've been on that didn't feel as fitting or well built.. I like double stepping.


    That's weird, I had a dream last night about shrimp, had a big ass bag in the fridge and had been stuffing my face. Plus actually had a couple hush puppies last night.

    You know shrimps basically cockroaches of the sea..:):puke:

    Was not feeling the workout today for some reason...it happens

    flat bench: 135x10, 225x8, 275x3, 225x10, 135x15
    incline db bench: 4 sets
    pec dec flies: 4 sets
    super set (4 sets): chest dips/incline pushups
    triceps overhead cable extension w/ v bar: 3 sets
    triceps cable rope pushdown: 3 sets
    seated overhead dumbbell triceps extension: 3 sets
    close-grip bench press: 1 set to failure.
    cardio: thought about it...went home

    Pretty funny situation went down at work today and I thought a few of you would think it's funny....I work at a hospital with criminally insane people and a man was acting up and needed to be restrained. During the process he singled out a staff member and was screaming that the guy was a f#!$ing pencil neck geek! Kind of an old school phrase you don't hear everyday. And after it appearing in the thread it was beyond classic to see and hear this guy screaming it..
