I love 6 Feet Under. Their gator bites and fish tacos are the best. Also, they have oyster shots. I can't remember the name of my favorite one, but it's vodka, an oyster, Tabasco, and lemon juice...so good!

Heirloom is awesome and pretty close to the new stadium. I'll second Canoe if it is nice out, awesome place and over near that side of town too.

More streetable, maybe All terrains on 18x10s. Probably keep stock skids on and take off the side steps, my gf gets pissed every time she scrapes her leg on them and it gets mud everywhere...i kinda do to:anonymous:

Should be keeping my plans of 33s, kings on all 4 corners, rear locker for turbo purposes, and definitely the bumper with winch.

Getting it painted soon so I'd rather not scratch a $2k paint job

For that area with little driving anticos pizza is right there by the new stadium with there new location. Check hankook for Korean tacos(possibly my favorite place), New York pizza exchange, la Fonda's, bone garden(very cool spot with great Mexican and drinks, not your typical American Mexican restaurant).
A lot of the attractions downtown are within walking distance of each other. If downtown and want a 360 view of the area from above, checkout the sundial at the Westin.

Is the sundial back open yet after that kid died? I work downtown (right across Peachtree from Westin actually) and not really a nightlife to get excited about. Buckhead or Midtown would be better bets. There is good food everywhere though.

College football HOF is fun if you are a football fan, and they have a bunch of interactive stuff to keep the kids busy. Aquarium can be cool.

The sundial finally reopened two fridays ago after almost two months of being closed. The revolving floor is however turned off, and there is no word as to when it will be operable again. From within the hotel, it is speculated that the floor will rotate again, it's just a matter of time and some tweaking from engineers to change somethings.

If you are looking for night life I'd visit The Ivy in Buckhead. Always a great night when I've went there.

Those guys know how to throw a party. We always go there before UGA football games and take the "DawgDays" bus to Athens.

We just get to Athens at 7 am and starting drinking in the parking lot. Gamedays are really blurry for me most of the time :anonymous:

    :brianr:

I've never really understood that. I actually want to watch and listen to the games. I don't even like to go to a bar to watch it because 9 times it of 10, I can't hear the game, and that bothers me. If we're losing, I may start drinking early, but especially if I drive all the way to Athens to watch the game, I'm watching the damn game and not getting drunk. :notsure:

We have season tix so we go to every home game and a few away each year... but we still tailgate starting early, and drink a good bit. I don't like watching games i care about in bars though, can't follow them.
