I also picked up this shirt from ADS. Why not, because they could just stuff it in the box with the shocks.

Yeah, I noteced that. Another option is getting some wheels converted to beadlock by OMF. But yeah, too bad about the Hutchinsons because they have a nice, no nonsense military look to them.

They are perfect for bullaculla's SAS.

    And they are DOT
approved. I don't see much beadlocks that are.

I hear you on the "DOT". But, I don't think any inspector in HI would know the difference between a fake beadlock wheel, that's on every other truck here, or a real beadlock wheel. lol If I ever win a large amount of cash, I would send my current set to OMF. I should have thought about that before I had them mailed to me in the first place.

My steering rack overheated a couple times when aired down and wheeling. I think the 35's are borderline to big for the stock rack. Thanks to @bullaculla for hooking me up with this power steering cooler. It is plumbed inline on the low pressure return side of the system. I think this will do the trick.
It holds double the fluid now with the cooler.

I think that's only an option for people with an auto trans.

Looks good! I'm sure the extra fluid and cooler will make a big difference.

I've been seriously considering this myself but haven't seen any other reports of people doing it. Looks really straight forward to throw one in. I was thinking about just picking up an extra OEM transcooler and using it for a power steering cooler. Any issues you had putting yours in?

No real issues, just tight spaces. I had a hard time getting the old hoses off and slipping the new ones on. The cooler came with some simple plastic rods you push through the radiator fins and snug up a clip on the back to hold it in place. It's pretty light so I think it'll hold. I also zip tied the hoses in a fashion so they are helping support the cooler also.
I could tell it holds a lot more fluid now because I had to fill the resi several times more than normal to bleed the system.

I forgot to mention, I had to unbolt the top of the fan shroud to be able to snap on the clip on the plastic rod that holds the cooler on to the radiator. My arm barely could fit. I don't know if it would be easier if you unbolted the bottom of the shroud also. You could still just make some simple vertical mounting brackets for the cooler and not use fasteners that go trough the radiator.

Right, cause the radiator is in the back, the AC condenser in in the front, and that's what you attached the cooler to. Did you run the plastic rods through both the radiator and the condenser?
I'm sure the fan still pulls pretty good air through it.

Yeah, I ran the rods through both. I might order a couple more rods to fasten it a little better.
