That's wild. I really enjoyed Dupont. I think I already said that, but I cannot say it enough. It was like Pleasent Ville. Everyone went to work at the same time, everyone got home at the same time, no crime, no homeless folks, everyone knew everyone. My wife worked at Starbucks at the time and would walk to work at 3:30 AM and was never hassled by anyone but the police a couple times making sure she was ok. Our neighbors' kids would leave their bikes outside overnight and no one ever took them.

Nice place. If you work on North Fort the commute cannot be beat.

 

yeah that's why I wanna move, but also my buddy lives there in DuPont now and he says people has been stealing

 

That sucks, considering something like 90% of the people in the town are military. Doesn't surprise me though, considering 90% of the people in the town are military

 

Plus you got The Home Course right there. One of my favorite golf courses.

 

And Eagle's Pride 1 exit down if you want to drink a case of beer while shooting on a cheap course

 

Army... today's Army is a lot different than my Grandpas. Glad I joined the AF.

 

yeah hopefully we find a nice house in DuPont that the wife will like so she can shut the fuck up about moving, im actually contempt living in UP but my house is lacking storage, like closets, pantry, stupid summer cotton wood that floods my house, and dumb ass owners who let their dog shit on my lawn.

 

@Haslefre true that growing up as a mil brat, how my dad raised me mil style was true discipline. there are some who are still discipline in the military but I seen some where im like how the hell is that person still in the army

 

My property will probably be sold to a builder anyway. I have .3 acres, so they can fit an extra 2 houses on my property along with my neighors .9 acre he is selling backed up to my house.

 

It's simple. They need numbers. They can't afford to kick out every single person who is a POS.

 

This is what happens when you marry a woman from the cities of Korea who is always wanting modern shit. First she wanted to live in Seattle like DT. I said you can pack up and go if you want.

 

You buy a RV and live in downtown for free though.

So the tents on. All my gears lying on the floor of the garage. Going somewhere this week. Not sure what day not sure exactly where. Somewhere where I can kayak. Or fish. Or both.

 

Holy shit, Toyota really cheaped out on the stereo in these trucks. I finally got around to upgrading the speakers and adding some sound deadener to the doors this weekend.



Look at those cute little quarter-sized magnets and paper cones.





If you haven't added sound deadener to your doors, I highly recommend it. It made a HUGE difference with road noise. I can't wait to do the back wall of the cab.
