Fair point. I guess somebody who was talking about starting a whole new forum should start him a thread.

It takes a really BIG man to do what you just did. Having said that I never felt that you were rude to me.

I must've missed Lil Chris saying this.

Lil Chris we are here for you. That was a sincere comment and I'm sure everybody appreciates it. I've been through so many friend transitions it's not even funny. I still don't even have a "best friend" even though I've been a best man 3 times. All of my friends have someone more important than me in their lives, and it's the same way in my family. You're going through a transition right now so just keep your head up and push through, if I did it...you can too. Love you buddy.

Happy this turned out well. It would have been awful for your family to see you get wasted over a road rage incident.

It's strange but I became less confrontational when I started concealed carrying. I suppose I realized how serious the results could be if an insult escalated and I found it easier to blow off a bruised ego. Much more so than when I was unarmed. Ironic in a way but the old saying"an armed society is a polite society" applies.

Edit: cut me a little slack on my responses today. Have not been on TW from last night until about 5:30 PM today.

Damn it...you guys would not, I mean WOULD NOT, know it from the way I act around here, but if anybody needs anything (in this case it appears to be either of @chrisrocks300 and @stronghammer), I'm just a PM or a text away. Ya boy can get real serious real quick when another OG is in need.

Thanks buddy, I know you guys are here for me too. I've just been trying hard to work on me the past couple years. Until you have a significant other or the best damn best friend you basically do life alone. Yeah, friends help but we all know it's not the same. Friends can't always be there for you. That's just life.

I feel exactly the same way when carrying, I'm not one to start a fight, but I'm not really one to back down either. When I'm carrying though I'm extra careful but there are plenty that act the exact opposite.

    I knew I didn't like you.

Thank you, you're one of the few people on here that I actually seem to take seriously. I'm not sure if it's the old country song references or the life experiences but it's nice to have someone around who's already been through all this chaos we call life. I don't know a lot of people who have lived through as much as you have, but it is nice knowing you make it through it. I hope one day that I make it to the stage you're at where I can give advice to people from experiences that I've had. Not everyone actually realizes what someone is going through and they can tend to stand at a distance and judge.

Thanks man, it just seems so odd having been around these people for so long and then basically getting thrown into the lions den alone. There are a few people from my highschool headed to college, but it will never be like it used to be. I know what you mean about the best friend thing, I'm rooming with my best friend from highschool at Auburn but something seems different. It seems like we've grown apart somehow and for some reason we aren't talking as much anymore, and I really hate that because I loved him like a brother. I'm gonna keep trying to push through it but it's like I'm carrying heavy weights on my shoulders just trying to push to the next door. Love you too buddy

Thanks man I'll keep that in mind, the same goes for you too man. One of the things I like about having been on TW is the new friends I've made. I don't have to worry about ya'll just randomly disappearing mostly because you aren't affiliated with my school or any of the drama that goes on in my life, it's nice just to have a group of friends that I can chill with and take my mind off life for a while with.

Yeah I get what's you mean man, I feel the same way. Sometimes loneliness can get unbearable and it sucks. The fewer friends you have to support you the worse it is, and the feeling of a vast entity of loneliness can be overwhelming sometimes. I've been there, hell I'm still there. I guess the best we can do is just keep pushing and look forward to the moments when we might not feel so lonely again. If you need me I'm there for you bro

Chrisrocks300 you are learning about life the way most of us do. The hard way complete with mistakes and choices we would like to do over. I know it is hard for you to believe but I am happier late in life than I have ever been. Not sure if you can tell that from my posts but even though I have regrets about the past, I am in a better place emotionally (read happy, content, lack of stress, nothing to prove etc.) than at any point in my life.
