What did you use to mount the switch pro?

 

I'm #5 on the list for the next batch of turn signals. Almost can't contain my excitement.

 

Made it taller.

 

Worst..... not even close.

 

So I'm looking at doing a set of ditch lights and am curious about how everyone else has done theirs and how they wired it up. Any good write ups? Thanks!

No. They rubbed on the plastic fender liners. Plus, there was a TON of rake and I hated the look. So I raised them up an inch. Still some rake. Just not as much.

 

Hhhmmmm with all this extra clearance that exhaust looks like it needs a cut

 

Just picked the truck up from the dealership after having the 10,000/1yr oil change and service due. I know there few and far between but I have to give credit where credit is due. I had the wife drop my truck off at the dealership Adams Toyota of KCMO with a detailed list of what I wanted done, check transmission fluid manually, do every TSB that was currently applicable, tighten u-bolts and u joints, install the metal oil filter housing and trd oil filter that I furnished and give me the plastic one they were going to use with the oil change, change turn signal from 3 to 5 blinks, change the locks so they open/close with one push of fob button, make an extra tailgate key and due a complete detail on the exterior from where residue was left on the black fender flares from when I took delivery of the vehicle back in June 2016. I got a call from the assistant service manager late in the afternoon wanting to know if they could keep the truck overnight so they could check the transmission fluid. I could not be happier with the service I got, everything that was on my list was completed without any hassle. The only thing I was charged was $8.00 for the tailgate key. The transmission was 1/2 qt low. The truck drives great. Adams Toyota of KCMO was great!

I've asked my dealership to change my blinkers from 3 to 5 twice and they haven't done it. One of the guys said that I should be able to change it in the settings in the truck... though I have never seen them write up the blinker in the ticket.

 

where did you mount that???

 

I don't know why some dealerships are that why, it just loses customers. I know it is in the manual so if your techy you can do it your self.

 

Ok thanks. I'll have to check it out then. I just don't want to have to spend $200+ on a program to change one setting.

Unfortunately driving to MO for service seems a bit too drastic for me.
Hope I find someone good soon I'm at 9000 miles now.

 

I purchased my Taco on March 3rd of this year and I did the 5k in May and got it back from the 10k two weeks ago...

 

Slapped the TRD decals in the skid from @rrentrop! Of course I messed up the mountain decals for the side badges and had to scrap them, but I'll chock that up as a life lesson in taking my time. Damn good products, the TRD skid decals are perfect to give it some contrast!

Nice! I think I cheated because the wife and I did a roughly 4k mile road trip from Vegas to Canada and back.

 

Dealer said new head unit was in. Get it installed tomorrow. Not my tacoma but I did get my Ranger out of storage today with new ko2's...

Those 35 inch baja claws were just too much on the road..
