    Pretty close.

High humidity is worse in my mind. 30% isn't too bad though.

Have you thought about not doing a stain and just sealing it? Teak looks so nice already that I don't think it would need it. IMO. :notsure:

I did. But I kind of like that glossy look. It also would match the interior wood which has been teaked/touched up every year

Sealing it with the right stuff will give you that glossy look too. But if you're matching something else than

looking forward to seeing the final product! That's a fun sized boat!

    Nice!!!
Good to see it finished out, I've been following your progress. Have you weighed it yet rigged out? I built a similar design years ago out of HDPE for local creek fishing. It's still going strong. I've always wondered what it would cost to have the original full size version built out of Alum.

I love the GL. Looks like a great boat.

Mine is not finished, I just wanted to document some progress, or lack of. I still need to do some more customization and make some more decisions.

Do I want to add another 15 lbs. by making the rear seat section floor flat? Similar to the front.

Do I want to recess the cooler/seat base into the front floor? Presently, it seems a little tall. I need to get a few of my buddies over to give me an opinion.
