Must sell, sad sad day Tacoma DBL CAB 4X4 V6 L/B

It is with great displeasure that I must sell my truck.

~Kelly Blue book value $27,000
~edmonds.com value. $26,000. asking $25,000

~Bought new from Koon's Toyota of Annapolis with 13 miles, all other miles were myself and I have been the only owner.

~Current mileage at 27,000.

~Truck is dealership certified to be unaffected by recall.

~All routine maintenance has been done at Koon's Toyota of Annapolis and has been done every $5000mi, paper documentation in glove box.

~Vehicle still under warranty.

~Newly (3/01/2010) installed Viper after market remote start & security. Can be removed if you wish.

~Vehicle has all standard factory equipment; full spare, jack etc.

~Truck also comes with trailer ball mount with pin and ball.

~ Multiple ratchet strap tie downs available to be included if requested.

~ I can provide detailed pictures upon request.

~~~ I love my truck but am consistently driving more miles each month so I am looking to sell in order to get a small 4D sedan for my fiance and me.

I paid 27k for my 08 DC LB 4x4 brand new.It also had the leather upgrade.
I am beleiving more and more that i got a good deal/.
