You guys should check the forward most bolt on the passenger side. If you look above that wheel you can see where the bed meets the frame. Lift it a little and you should see that it lifts up even if bolt is fully tightened.

Shitty flaw in design. If you undo the bolt and then place a heavy duty piece of rubber between the bed and frame it should fix it right up.

Yeah they wanted us to also, but that didn't happen. The first 10 years I didn't wear any at all, before the headsets. I can remember running "B" flute at a 1000 fpm and it was deafening. It would even make your chest hurt. That machine was 2 stories tall and 100 yards long, 4 guys running it. 2 wet end 2 dry end, now we are all about deaf.

The gator I was on had 7 people on it. I was a double back operator. The single face section was horribly loud and would vibrate your guts out

Yup we had Operator, Double backer, stacker operator and control operator. Then roll trucker and starch guy were support. I worked them all, don't think I could anymore. There was a lot of bad work place accidents in that place.
