new taillights

    Running bars, tinted window (, TSB mod ,885 coils, OME shocks up front, AAl and procomp 9000 out back, partially debadged/black out the others, weathertech floor mats, grillcraft grill, TRD skid plate
    anyone seen the new taillights on the 09's. I like them compared to my 06 taillights.. Its about the only thing I can tell has changed on them.... Also anyone have a good place to buy a bed extender.

    getting there....
    im not real crazy about the new tails.....liked the ones on my 06 better, but to each his own.:)

    try ebay for the bed extender........i have seen them there for good prices man.

    Seeing the third gen section forced me to get a Ford...
    i like the 09's lights so far....brake light is definately brighter. they'll look much better after they are properly tinted!!

    Yeah Tacomaman06's suggestion to post a WTT in the classifieds here is a good place to start. New OEM would be costly I'd imagine. Too early for the salvage yards ..... more changes than the lights on the 09s, there were many threads detailing em, painted grill insert, safety features, smoked headlights, new exterior colors, discontinued favorite old ones....

    As far as bed extender, Will's suggestion for ebay is good or I would put a Want to Buy ad out for one or contact 1sttoyotaparts on the net. The shipping is way reasonable. I got my TRD exhaust & nerf bars a lot less than at my dealer & he wouldn't match. No tax either.

    I have not seen the new tails at night or lit up yet... I may have to pull a trade though.... we'll see.
