My coworker is an ass. My boss tells me to stand up to him. I dont talk shit, i dont want to stand up for my ideas, because he will shoot them down. He knows whats best. When i opt for covering on other days, its a much more enjoyable work experience. Then on the weekends, he is crazy nice. I know he is bipolar. I have been saving work conversations so i can submit them to HR for harassment

Well that first bold statement is the fucking problem. While I agree that employees should resolve issues, or attempt to work it out like fucking adults, but if that can't happen its the Bosses job to resolve that (rearrange schedule, address the issue head on put somone on a performance improvement plan, and last but not least firing) if the Boss can't handle it, then it becomes an HR issue.

If by "them" you mean both the boss and coworker, I'd submit the issue to your boss again asking him to handle the problem (do it via email) if he gives you that same bullshit again then HR it is. Needless to say there are laws and regs in place to prevent retaliation.

 

My wifey might be able to add some advice to these. I dont really do the whole brewery thing but she has experience with it.

The trail comes out on the Blue Ridge Parkway...we can come back down into sherando and come back out through Stuarts Draft sort of the way we will go in or we can ride back up the parkway and get on 64 on afton mtn. Yall decide how yall would prefer to return.

 

I do Bud Light but Im more of a at home or relaxing outdoors drinker than going to breweries.
