I think you will be fine. Looks like with two of them its only 51 watts, which is like 5 amps. These aren't going to be very bright (FYI). But your harness most likely will be fine to use with these. Depending on your switch you might not need a relay either.

    But that's my two cents.

You don't think they'd be that bright? Well that would suck and be a waste of $50.
Anyone got any suggestions that I won't need to sell organs for?

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
Read the reviews...I'd look for something else. Several have arrived with dead LED's and some have died after hitting bumps. Sign of poor QC.

it says it 3100LM +/- 300, 3100 lumens is crazy bright. I just don't believe that these lights for $50 are that bright. Plus they don't pull enough power to be that bright.
Depending on where you want to put them they could work great. If you are trying to view things at a distance I was say these are not great. But for puddle lights or bed lights they would probably be nice.

I have been decently happy with my Nilight 32" bar. It fills in the gaps with the headlights on but doesn't go beyond the headlights.
I did have an issue where 1/3 of the leds went bad. I contacted them and they already sent me a new light. I was really hoping that light would have came in in time for the mod day but no luck, I got it yesterday.
If dont want to sell an organ and you don't plan to use them all the time Nilights might be a good alternative.

As far as I was seeing on Amazon "Nilights" was just another sticker they put on a variety of re-branded lights but I could be wrong.

I'm saying there were several listings with identical light designs just different brands.

Would you say there's a particular wattage/amp rating worth buying and my truck will handle for some grill guard lights?
