Every time we have mandatory training, the discussion about why are we getting the same garbage shoved down out throats starts. For as often and the title changes, it's the same material that has no effect except pissing all of us 20+ year folks.

Shit they make us go through a 7 hour test every year to qualify to renew our security badge. Then you go to get your badge and they ask for 2 forms of photo ID and won't except your current badge as an ID which is so dumb since you had to show the 2 picture ID's to get it in the first place

    Heya Blue! How's it going?
Depends on the thread you post them in. Just saying....

Like a .22 short for close up work? Hmmm, maybe...

Attached link is the LED fixtures I installed in a friend's garage. Produces a nice evenly spread of white light. I eliminated the cord connection and direct wired. Personally, I do not care for the LED tube change out using the existing ballast. Defeats the purpose of an LED. There is an LED tube available which requires rewiring of the fixture to eliminate the ballast and feed 120 volt to one end of LED tube. This would be the LED tube I would prefer. Personal choice. Keep in mind lighting colors (color temperatures) are measured in kelvins. A nice pure white is between 4000 and 5000 kelvins. http://www.homedepot.com/p/Commercial-Electric-4-ft-White-LED-Linkable-Shop-Light-54103161/205331022

    Morning Everyone

Today is going to be a lot cooler than the last few days , currently its 66 degrees clear skies and a high temp expected to reach 103 degrees

My area is still under a extreme heat warning which has been extended now until Sunday at 2100hrs

    http://m.accuweather.com/en/us/hesperia-ca/92345/weather-warnings/342422

Today I'm getting my Camaro brought up to my new place after I finish organizing the garage but should fit in there with no problems . I've also noticed here that many tenants have flags displayed so I'm going to get one also along with my Marine Corps flag . also going to get a USMC welcome mat for the front door . there's a lot of Military families here and a few Marines !!!

Tomorrow I get my cable and internet installed and my washer and dryer installed

The Holcomb valley fire near Big Bear is still showing a smoke plume and 10 % containment with 1600 acres burned

Someone posted a pic of the strip lighting in his garage and that is nice - lots of light all over. I only have one double 4' light and it's no where near bright enough.
