boy go change pads and rotors on a late 90s gmc one ton and then tell me how easy and simple Toyota brake designs are.

I think his point wasn't whether or not "warping" is a word, but rather whether it technically applied to brake rotors or not.

    Wood and plastic warps.

6inch lift sitting on bilstein coilovers. Lexus is300 studs in front to keep stock wheels, general grabber red letters, nfab front bumper.
Install your own studs in the rotors too.

Subaru brat 4x4 front pads are not fun to do, you have to take apart the caliper ebrake assy to compress it

Al least it's not the new Lexus with the electronic parking brake that comes on when the car is in park and you can't get the rear rotor off unless the car is running and in neutral. Or the Ford Taurus with the actuator calipers where one side is reverse threaded. Or the Audi where you have to pull off the electronic actuator, then turn the bolt with a 14point torx socket while pressing the piston in with a twist piston tool.

Some engineer that gets paid more than me. A toddler could've designed it better with playdoh

I think ford took the cake again with the 6.0 diesel.

Yeah, I was in a friend of mines shop and he was showing me what he had to do to get the rotors off a Chevy like that. I was shocked that it was put together like that. I don't remember what he said the bill was, but it was a LOT. As long as you're in there, you might as well do new wheel bearings. They could have easily designed it so the rotors slide on the outside like everyone else, but nooooo, they had to put the rotors behind the hubs.
