Not really trade as I would want to keep my stock hood just in case. But more purchase for a small amount, or may trade something else or something.

If not, I am just going to take the Rotopax off the cab rack and mount the panel there and try and run the wiring down the passenger side the window, but it is two wires, so have to get both wires to stay in that channel.

Will do, going to check out some local junk yards and see if I could find one and how much it would be.

May be a failed attempt as I have no idea how it would act on the hood, reflection from sun, reflection from roof lightbar, wind noise, etc.

I know of an FJ that has the same exact Panel on their hood and they have not had any issues with it, but also a flatter hood and not a far out from the roof.

More than likely will just mount it on the cab rack and run the wiring that way, but if I can keep some of the rack real estate, that would be idea.

Is the area where you all are going a state park?

I seem to remember no alcohol in a state park from a few years ago when I lived in Austin. Plastic solo cup took care of the issue. We had one time where a ranger came up to us and said "if I cant see a can/bottle, I dont know what you have" and went on his way. I think he also recommended the dark black trash bags so he couldnt see the empties either.

Just trying to keep up with you man! My neighbor takes a long time to powdercoat so it may be another 4 months until it's on the truck.

Ive had alot of beer in state parks over various fishing/camping/biking trips. Wardens never said anything, basically just wanted to make sure we werent just out there getting drunk.

Ha, if only, you are way ahead of me right now. I still need to try and do the front gearing and locker and all that plus everything else I need for the rear end.

Right now trying to decide if I want to get in on the Switchpro GB or not, been wanting one for a while to clean up my wiring and everything since its a mess.

Need someone to buy my BFG tires so I can get some bigger ones.

    Speaking of which....

Anyone interested in a set of 4 BFG KO2s with a great amount of tread left on them?

    265/70/17 BFG KO2 - C Rated
Will include Discount Tire Certificates for them
Will include a 265/70/17 BFG Rugged Trail with less than 200 miles on it on a 17" Tundra rim that will be gotten Sunday.

    $900.00

Can provide more pictures of the tread left on them, but all pretty much the exact same, all have been rotated every 5,000 miles since purchase. About 10k miles them I am pretty sure.

They are still on the truck at the moment as I am not feeling like going and getting new tires and then having these to try and sell, would rather have a buyer for them then go new tires and then meet buyer with tires.

Also updated the 1st page with cookout info.

Looking at the weather for sunday... it looks like the rain is going to be on Saturday, sunday will probably have some light showers in the morning, however after 11 the chances of rain fall below 30%. We can cook under the pavilions, and if you have a canopy it may not be a bad idea to throw it in the back of the truck. May or may not be needed.

You could bring some limes, and cilantro if you would like. I think we may need more tortillas also.

@Silverspool do you want to chime in here?
