Half way through the training class. Lunch break! Ok here's what I learned so far: "I encourage each of you to openly comment and express yourself even if its the stupidest idea I've ever heard!"

Well Dave, looks like the scat is from ketchup, a bear or a goat. The 50's poll has spoken!

That's a pretty lame idea. Even though everybody here does it.

I used to teach training classes. I told people, "there are no stupid questions, just stupid people asking questions" I don't teach classes anymore.

Been there done that. As I go through life, I might not be the sharpest tack in the box but at least I try to think things through before I ask. Learned the hard way. When I was instructing, if someone asked a stupid question, I would look over the top of my glasses at them with a you gotta be ki dding look. Gotta love some people.

ok I'm a little confused. If your not using a ballast (driver) and your directly feeding 120Vac in. how do you control thermal runaway?

Watched that last night with my 78 yo Dad. Lemmy did look a wee bit fragile for sure. I think that show was from 2016? I believe he died 2016? maybe early 2017? Ace of Spades was OK, but not as good as when he was full of piss and vinegar!! LOL

Training is completed. I'm a much more rounded person as a result of this training. My feelings are more in tune with everyone regardless of any differences I may have.

I learned a new way to say "GFO and back to work you damn slacker..." It's "how can I help you reach the goal I've been given?"

Of course senior leadership, I.e. Plant management, wasn't present for the training...

    Afternoon everyone

The Camaro is now at my new place safely inside the garage . I had auto club tow it up here on a flatbed and I rode with the driver up here .can't believe how many thumbs up we got on the 34 mile trip up the hill because of my Camaro . even had truckers use the air horn followed by a thumbs up

I was worried about the camaro being to loud once I started it up to pull into my driveway but no complaints as of yet !! . I'm going to wait until the sun goes down and it cools off before I go cruising around tonite

Its only 102 degrees right now !!!
