Not a whole lot of off-roading through those 2 parks haha. I did that other Utah trip like 3 weeks later where I hit Moab :notsure:

Got flipped off by a tesla this morning on the 101 cause I was doing 73 in the HOV lane and he had to go in one of the other two empty lanes to pass. Didn't realize @Chile Verde drove a tesla too...

Or maybe he just was mad cause I'm in the crawler and it was hurting the environment? :notsure:

Hobe has the same brand Brisket as Costco, but they charge about $10 more.

I hit up sprouts for fish and every day stuff, AJ's is great for premium cut steaks, Costco for ribs, butts, shoulders, brisket (basically and thing big), and Hobe for rare stuff.

Pork shop is THE place to buy pork. Do yourself a favor and get some burritos for the drive home, atleast a pork green chili and a BBQ pork one.

How hot has it been in Phoenix this week. We hit 116° in Tucson on Tuesday. I'm not sure about yesterday but it was predicted at 114°

I have the outdoor receiver in the shade and it never gets hit by direct sunlight. When we bring it inside it's pretty accurate to what the glass thermometer says period usually off by one or two degrees.
