man that's so crazy!!! Even in a desert it's amazing what 6 years of drought will do to a spot. When we finally came to cross what I imagine is that same water crossing (assuming it's the largest of three what leads up to sheeps canyon) it was only a 30 ft long puddle and a a short stack of vegetation on each side. Not near as thick as it was when you went through in the Nissan. Hopefully it will start to get back with the rain we got, or maybe it's just continuing to change as it always has. But yours still looks way more fun. And I get the Jurassic Park reference now!

 

Which part of Anza is that? Looks bad ass! I would love to get out there and try it!

 

It's within an hour of the visitors center. its the road up to.....sheeps canyon if I remember correctly. Stop by the visitors center, and chat up the volunteers behind the counter about their 5 dollar map. It has all the 4x4 and sand wash roads in anza.They're all super helpful and can point you to trails to line up with your wheeling abilities/hiking goals. They're almost more helpful than the map, but it's frowned upon to fold them up and keep them in your truck.

None. Here's @ProjectTgen3 he forgot to roll up his windows. Same puddle. The water hole in my you tube wasn't the puddle we went through.
