Figured I had done enough to justify a thread, so here goes.

Got it off the lot with under 30km



Had it home and stock for way too long, all of two days ...
Nothing crazy just dipping the grill and badges



Got her out for a drive, found a nice spot to snap a picture

Got back home from schooling and after hours of forum lurking decided to go with a set of 16'' method nv's


After peeling the trd stickers off the back, decided to add the hp back with a new badge on the tailgate, very happy with the results

Got the toyota bet mat, have to say it is one of my favorite additions to the truck.

 

That is how she has been for a few months, had some fun in the mud

Stock tires are decent are about what I expected once it gets muddy.

Had some issues with the faux beadlock bolts rusting, 4wheelparts were useless. Once I contacted method directly and explained the situation they were amazing and we got it all sorted out with some stainless bolts. Just from this experience alone I would recommend them, not to mention how gorgeous all of their product is.

All changed up

So after going back and forth for a couple months on the idea, finally got up the nerve to blackout my headlights. Huge shout out to maxx powell (@the_yeti_off_road) for his how to video on it. The results sold me on throwing in switchback halos while I was doing it.

Was a bit of a struggle to get them apart but after a bit of patience it all worked out

Part way though painting

didn't get any pictures of epoxying the halos of but this is after paint

All back together, bulbs reinstalled

Got a set of Morimoto 2stroke LED's for the low beams, and I have to say they are a tight fit
