Broke the back of my skull watching this show.

 

"Swimming" around in the living room while making Flipper noises and hit your head on your moms full size harp... I can see it now.

Was about 5-6 years old.
Sitting in a large cardboard box, like what a washing machine would come in, on top of a 3' step stool, eating a popsicle.
I was rocking back and forth on the step stool, started to get the box rocking too, and it went over backwards. The brick hearth to the fireplace was right behind me. Mom flipped her shit.

 

Between that and putting my head through a windshield after hitting a freight train, it actually explains a lot.

 

Sure does, theres always a good reason for everything.

Nope, had that my whole life.

 

Had a bird try to interfere with the drone just a second ago. I think it avoided the props thankfully since i dont see any bird remnants on any of them... shook the drone and video image though. Only thing that was flying around were a ton of hummingbirds.

 

Rocky Mtn Auto had my van back to me by 11:00 am today, after promising it by late this afternoon.
And they actually changed what they said they changed. Runs like a champ again. That's just good customer service.

 

My only bird experience today was watching them turn one of my sprinkler heads into their own personal bird shower. They were all sitting in the grass waiting for the rotor to turn back around, then for the 3 seconds that the water was on them they would preen preen preen. Then chill again, waiting for the water to return.

 

I've had them get close to it before, just never hit it. Bastids.

 

Anyone wheeling Sunday? I'm itching to get out on the trails.

It was a different time then, both in terms of movies and what people could/should do/did with 'wild' animals. RIP (figuratively) Marty Stouffer.

They used to show movies, mostly Disney, but actual theater release movies with the giant projector and everything, including the animated ones like Alice and Fantasia, in the gym after school on Friday like once a month or something at my elementary school. I remember this was one of them.

 

Oh yeah, saw this one and several others in high school. My favorite to this day was Darby O'Gill and the little people.

 

Did you ever find a body shop to color match your topper? How much did they charge?
