What's the best source for hub assemblies around here? My front right wheel bearing is so loud even I can hear it now :(

.....And, who's up for coffee later next week? We can all look at D2's CB!

    I'm up for Coffee,
and on top of the CB, we can admire my newly installed hitch, and possibly bed lights ( maybe heated mirrors if I really get lucky )

does the freezer trick on bearings work for the hubs? I haven't looked into replacing them yet to know.

As far as I know the only assembly available is a guy on TW.

Make sure you do inner and outter seals on it while you're at it too. If you don't its only a matter of time before you're doing them again!

If you want a hand let me know, I am a master at wheel bearings.

    Good evening gents!
Going to be up in ya'lls neck of the woods for a week or so and Canada day! Happy 150th!
Wondering if anyone could recommend some good and cool stuff to do in the Halifax area? Will be on walking to most things so preferably closed to the casino area.
    TIA

Plenty to do. The casino hotel is walking distance to many pubs and bars, and of course restaurants. There will be live music most nights. If you are into museums, there are a few small bit good ones. Maritime Museum of the Atlantic is just a few doors down along the waterfront. There is a WWII corvette which is now the memorial to the fallen sales of the Royal Canadian Navy. Citadel Hill (not possible to miss) has an excellent Army Museum, and the Citadel itself is worth a visit. What kind of things are you interested in?

Take the harbour hopper tour (if your coming with family), Keith's brewery tour, (if your with adults.)
    Tons of restaurants, and pubs/bars.
There's a Ribfest thing going on, on the waterfront this weekend too I think.
Get yourself a Donair while you're here, might as well. (It's like a gyro, but with a sweet sauce).
Like Canoe head said too, with the museum's and citadel stuff.
Point pleasant park is a nice little walk too.

Thanks for the info guys but actually coming with my job up there for a week the brewerys sound pretty cool maybe a few museums as well. Much of anything outdoors today close by? Coming in by water to wont be driving while there so I wont exactly be able to make the meetup JCYR but appreciate it anyhow. Any specialties food or beer wise up there to definitely check out?

Sure, I'll take you up on that if it's not too much trouble. I'll order the parts tonight or tomorrow. Seals from Toyota, bearing and hub from anywhere?

I get mine from Car Quest.

Just don't get the cheapest one, I don't think that one comes with a reluctor ring, so your ABS wouldn't work.

No trouble at all. Just let me know when!

Went to install my aal and stuff today, found out that they sent me the wrong leafs, when we went to install them. They were way too long, and we didn't really want to cut them. So I gotta ship them back, and they gotta ship me the right ones.
On the plus side, after a few years of looking, I finally found a sport hood, so I'll have that on next week.
Have my new tires sitting ready to go on when I finally get everything installed.
