Just installed the 18w pods and foglights brackets and wow! There is no comparison to the stock fog lights. I'm pretty sure my foglights are now brighter than my headlights. Maybe time for caliraised to get into the retrofit headlight game...

Is the OEM style button able to be spliced directly into the included harness for the ditch lights? Assuming no other fuses need to be installed as well.

Yes but you will still need to run a "new" 12 volt wire to the switch. I ran mine straight off the battery with a 3amp inline fuse so that I can still turn my lights on while the truck is off

Okay awesome, yeah I was gonna use the switch that came with it initially but playing around with it before install I think I want the OEM one. Even though I have no blanks on my left hand side:goingcrazy:

I had a problem with mine also ... the hole was off and the hood hinge was hitting the bracket. I just took a grinder to it to get enough clearance

Anyone have good pictures of the side ditchlight pods at night? Im curious how far out from the vehicle you can identify objects. Pictures of the light it puts out. With approximate diatances...?

Im also looking at the amber pods. Same goes for the pictures request.

lol I ask too much. Going back on my previous question of separating the sp pods output to turn on the side lights separate from the front led's, could you make the front led's amber? And do you have pics of the ambers output at night?

Again it's one of those things where we just released this product is it's going to be a while until we start doing new things with them and unfortunately I do not have any Amber pictures on hand
