Installed Bilstein 5100's set at 0.65 2nd notch and now all 4 wheel centers are 21.5" from fender edge thus perfectly level

The ride feels more solid if that makes sense. Wider track makes a difference. Nice riding tire, and a bit louder but I can live with that.

Not squishy like the factory tires, felt like they were going to pop on anything if something hit the sidewall.

nice setup ! i've been looking at 17x9 -12 offset rims as well and 285 70 17 BFG KO2s and running 3 in lift with TC UCAs. Did you do any trimming or cab mount chop? I'd appreciate it if you could post some more pictures of the stance - front end and rear

I have not done a cab mount chop or any trimming the only thing I have done was remove the mud flaps. keep in mind the tires I have were used and only had 40-50 percent tread on them. Its possible that when I get new mud terrain tires it might rub a bit. If it did it would be minimal. Here are a couple pictures let me know if you need a different angle or something.

Well to everyone that said I wouldn't need an alignment after just swapping out stock set to 265/70/17 KO2s and method wheels was..... wrong.
Went to dealership today to have a weather stripping replaced under warranty and had them do a courtesy alignment check and...

    20170624_094407.jpg

Thankfully my service advisor just put that I said it, "was pulling to the right" and they fixed it under warranty for free. Never even brought up the fact I have aftermarket tires and wheels now. Pretty happy with that.

Love the SEMA gray wheels. I'm considering them for my truck. Were you able to use the lug nuts and sensors from the original alloy wheels?

You must have had a pre-existing issue. I am on my 3rd set of wheels and tires. Added Bilstein 5100's to level and asked for alignment and guess what. Alignment is still good. No charge since alignment not required.

I'm such a tweaker, I mod my mods. Didn't like the all black center caps do hand stippled red accent on the Rotiform with a toothpick.
