I totally forgot about Linked In. I need to create mine and see what comes up from it.

Yeah I am at my top position and pay (maybe $2-3 more an hour more) at my small firm, but I could go over the hill and make 20k more, but I'd have to drive 17 everyday. That would be way worse than my current situation.

Exactly, I had to do it every so often when we had a Campbell office and I hated every minute of it. Especially since I live in Aptos, so I would have to sit in 1 traffic the whole way home.

Shouldn't be much different down here than there. If anything you probably got better training up there with the mountains compared to here.
