    Yes. There's an o-ring on the ARB lockers that if you over torque it crushes the ring and air leaks inside the pumpkin.

    Whoever drilled the hole in the housing and installed the fitting. Could also be the air line fitting overtorqued outside the housing.

    It's likely the inner o-ring. If you tighten the air line fitting too much it can crush the inner too.
