Has anyone taken a crack at converting one of these sexy little things to a Tacoma? From what I can see, they're only offered on the Japanese TRD websites and there isn't one listed for the Tacoma.
If so, how about a DYI write up for us!

If it could get be had as a stock option don't act like 2/3rds of the people here wouldn't want one, Mr. Man. I think it would be sweet personally.

I think it's terrible personally, however, if someone was able to convert this that would be badass.

I would, but with the whole run away toyota thing, i would keep the key for my family. I know my truck isnt going to run, but if it did the family is worried they would have trouble turning the truck off.

when I first got my truck i thought about converting it to some kind of push button..then I looked at how to do it and said F it...lol

I'd love to have push button ignition, but to make it look right and GOOD, is another matter.

    Soon....
To do it with all of the features like they do it in the other vehicles would be crazy. Wiring galore. Making it know when it has started, have a delay for the fuel pump, wiring for the brake pedal sensor, and everything else would totally outweigh the cool factor, IMHO.

That shouldn't be any harder to install than a remote start system.
